"And a softness came from the starlight & filled me to the bone."
The series: "Common harlequin"
A series ('25) which is still in process, of original works from imagination by Aikaterini Kondyli
"A series that has to do with new feelings and a certain emotional state which I've been again in my sixteen, where, back then I didn't care and had no reason not to feel what I should. This is a celebration for my heart, my intellect and my spirit, un-masked and feels like home. I was motivated by odd and at the same time familiar moods, after a long time of doing things compulsively wishing for the best. I wanted to go closer to all those old ideas that I always liked but falsely considered too common and Clichés as subjects to deal with. Such as Circus, Clowns, dried and bare trees, old houses, and so on, that as a child I was drawn to. Still do.
The series is Medium inspired. Charcoal is the muse. Charcoal pencils and water based colours.
Hope you enjoy° as much I do."
